Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager-Source to Pay to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, as well as a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement a comprehensive source-to-pay strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve the source-to-pay process, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
. Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for procurement, invoicing, and payment activities.
. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
. Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
. Relevant years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on procurement and accounts payable.
. Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and supply chain management.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
