Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage multiple product-level projects execution to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows to maintain efficiency.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs to ensure seamless communication.
  • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays — and support mitigation efforts to minimize their impact.
  • Maintain task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible for easy reference.
  • Use Linear daily to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders through regular updates and presentations.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills — written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a knack for keeping things on track.
  • A proactive mindset — detail-oriented, follow-through, and no room for complacency.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
