Job Title: Senior Underwriter

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced underwriter to join our team in Pune, working on a UK shift environment. As a senior underwriter, you will be responsible for performing live underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership, evaluating borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral, conducting detailed credit report reviews for accurate risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform live underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership.
  • Evaluate borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit.
  • Conduct detailed credit report reviews for accurate risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.


**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 3.5 years of underwriting experience.
  • Experience in the UK mortgage process or US mortgage underwriting.
  • Strong knowledge of credit report review, DTI, LTV, PITI, income & asset calculations.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a UK shift environment.
