Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a senior specialist role. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end talent journey, including staffing and career development responsibilities for a cohort. This includes being the single point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring people development needs are addressed, supporting regular check-ins, and allocating advisors in a timely manner.

The senior specialist will work closely with business partners to ensure the right team construct is offered to leadership and maintain and update the employee database.

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as solid business partner skills to dialogue and communicate at all levels. Proficiency in desktop applications, Excel, and Windows software applications is also required.
