Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Branding Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback
  • Manage project timelines, content calendars, posts, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Maintain and update project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Support research and briefs for personal branding content
  • Handle follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with social media workflows is a plus
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once
  • A proactive mindset, taking initiative and following up as needed
