Technical Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing technical projects, driving project deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute complex technical projects from ideation to delivery ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering design and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide clear timely updates to stakeholders. Manage project timelines resources and priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation track progress and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project status changes and risks to relevant stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in project management project delivery and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies Agile Scrum etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects either through coursework previous internships or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools e.g. JIRA Trello Asana.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is a plus.
