Factory Cluster Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will support factory heads in reviewing financial performance reports and contribute to business growth strategies. This involves analyzing variances, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.

This role requires identifying opportunities for cost optimization and collaborating with the commercial team to implement these initiatives. The candidate will also analyze capital expenditures, working capital, and supplier base data to inform business decisions.

In addition to performance management, this role involves ensuring accurate accounting practices. This includes confirming production order settlements, developing routing costs for new products, and approving provisions/accruals related to factory expenses.

The successful candidate will also monitor compliance, manage insurance coverage limits, and support factory-related compliances.

  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in plant finance is mandatory.
  • Qualifications: CMA, CA, or MBA (Finance) degree required.
