Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. As a Tech Lead, you will be part of an exciting team responsible for putting clients' visions into reality. Your primary role will be software development in the .Net framework.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TPMs, BAs, and developers to understand business requirements and develop web applications following coding standards and best practices.
  3. Complete assigned tasks within agreed-upon timescales with high reliability and minimal defects.
  4. May be assigned to work within a development team or alone.
  5. Must be self-reliant in completing advanced fault finding and debugging.
  6. Design and develop new applications, as well as enhancements to existing applications.
  7. Conduct thorough testing to ensure application functionality and stability.
  8. Provide technical support to resolve issues related to developed applications.
  9. Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
  10. Conduct code review and work as a mentor to junior developers.
  11. Provide task estimates.
  12. Expected to work on complex tasks.

Required Skills:
  1. Solid understanding and strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework.
  2. Experience with ASP.NET (Web forms/MVC) to build scalable web applications.
  3. Experience in working with Angular JS/Angular is a plus.
  4. Solid understanding of RDBMS, preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
  5. Good knowledge of SQL Joins, SQL Queries, Stored procedures, User-defined functions.
  6. Proficiency in writing efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
  7. Solid understanding of Entity Framework and fluent in writing LINQ Queries.
  8. Experience with RESTful web services and API integration.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in .NET development.
  10. Knowledge of code versioning systems, preferably SVN.
  11. Good knowledge and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  13. Having keen attention to facts and be able to catch errors and bugs before they become a problem.
  14. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, debugging skills with ability to think critically.
  15. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
  16. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
  17. Ability to do effective task estimation, code reviews and mention junior resources in the team.

Experience Required:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

Qualifications Required:
  1. Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering fields preferred.
  2. Graduate in other field of studies with relevant experience.
