The Role of Project Lead plays a crucial part in the execution and delivery of corporate office interior design projects. This is an excellent chance for experienced professionals to utilize their leadership skills and work with high-end interior projects.

About the Job:

We are seeking an accomplished individual who can oversee day-to-day site activities, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage on-site operations, supervise staff, and coordinate vendor activities.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines according to client requirements and established deadlines.
  • Monitor contractors' performance, materials usage, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with various teams including design, procurement, vendors, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project budgets, material consumption, and report any deviations.
  • Host site meetings, present project status updates, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at the project site.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design processes, finishing standards, and building materials.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, vendors, and contractor coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project demands and full-time site presence.
