We are looking for a skilled business development professional to join our team.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties.
- This involves conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and presenting proposals to potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads daily through targeted outreach and networking
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-up activities
- Supporting catalogue updates and coordinating with production/packing teams for bulk orders
- Identifying and approaching corporates, hotels, wedding planners, and event companies for gifting opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
