Job Description:

As an Analytics and Pricing resource, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders, preparing pricing for new business opportunities, and providing reliable data and analysis for decision-making and planning.

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and understanding business challenges, proposing and creating solutions, and working on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of finance and how P&L works, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with MBA/CA and experience in finance or a related area, preferably CA. A total of 5-8 years of experience is required, with relevant experience in Ops finance, Pricing/Rates negotiation & Analytics. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are essential, as well as general knowledge of financial/operational principles.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
