Branch Banking Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day banking operations, including cash handling, account management, and customer transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, AML, etc.) to minimize risk and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support audits and internal checks, resolve discrepancies or operational issues promptly, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving basic customer queries or complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with central teams (operations, IT, compliance) for smooth functioning and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes, branch functions, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience using core banking systems and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
