Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects by organizing and leading teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise and guide a team of 15+ members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement effective enhancements.
  • Communicate with clients to assess requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established reporting standards and processes to maintain compliance and transparency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in an operations management role with a proven track record.
  • Prior experience in a Manager or Team Lead role is essential.

Key Skills (Must-Have):

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Leadership & team management (managing teams of 15+ members)
  • Strong reporting & MIS preparation
  • Client communication & issue resolution
  • Process improvement & implementation

Additional Information:

  • This is a night shift, office-based role.
  • Work timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (during daylight saving: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
