About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and retaining clients, providing investment advisory services, and achieving revenue targets through brokerage, cross-selling, and increasing trade volumes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
  • Provide expert investment advisory services to clients, including portfolio management and financial planning.
  • Achieve revenue targets by leveraging industry networks, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • NISM certification (or equivalent) is an added benefit.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or financial services.
