Job Overview:
About the Role- This position plays a pivotal role in driving growth and customer satisfaction within our retail banking division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current account customers, identifying opportunities to increase wallet share, and implementing strategies to drive acquisition and value build-up.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate and influence, ensuring seamless execution of sales and relationship management initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Acquisition and Value Build-Up:
- Develop and execute plans to achieve new customer acquisition targets and enhance existing customer portfolios.
- Cultivate relationships with high-value customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting targeted interventions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
- Product and Market Penetration:
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product recommendations and drive cross-selling activities.
- Collaborate with asset teams to identify opportunities for joint sales efforts.
- Customer Engagement:
- Act on central triggers and initiatives focused on value build-up, cross-sell, and portfolio monitoring.
- Operations:
- Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation: Mandatory
- Post-Graduation: Preferred
