Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager
Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee and manage payroll operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing for all employees while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily payroll activities ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Review and verify payroll reports resolving discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on employee compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of payroll experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., GreytHR, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations tax laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll audits and inquiries from internal and external auditors.
