Job Title: Payroll Delivery Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Delivery Expert to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employee payments and labor processes with special focus on India.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering payroll operations management solutions, staying up-to-date with country payroll laws and regulations, mitigating payroll-related risks by implementing controls and audits, leading gap analysis for payroll system implementations, identifying upgrades opportunities across regions, integrating payroll systems with other HR and finance systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to align payroll practices with overall business goals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day payroll operations including processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Monitor payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated with Country payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Mitigate payroll-related risks by implementing controls and audits.
  • Systems Implementation and Integration: Lead gap analysis for payroll system implementations, identify upgrades opportunities across region. Integrate payroll systems with other HR and finance systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to align payroll practices with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree: In human resources, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications: In labor laws or HR compliance preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end India Payroll, Statutory compliance and automation.
