Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine functional requirements of Oracle capabilities.
  • Bridge business requirements to technical capabilities by partnering with technical and managed service partners to create detailed product specifications.
  • Consult on building, planning, pruning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlog, contributing to release planning.
  • Provide defect triage and remediation, contributing to release management objectives, requirements, functionality, and timing.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to produce and deliver excellent product support that addresses business problems.
  • Translate business objectives into system requirements, design details of automated systems, and propose business process changes where needed.
  • Maintain design documentation, including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)s, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)s, project plans, presentations, and quality tracking systems application changes & defects.
  • Assist with development and testing of training materials.
  • Provide Functional Area Reporting Expertise, Communicate patch/upgrade impact to business users, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant technical and functional experience supporting the HCM Fusion Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Oracle Fusion Absence management implementation experiences.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management schemas to troubleshoot issues with ad hoc queries or BI Publisher reports.
  • Able to design solutions with end-to-end thinking about upstream and downstream applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines required.
  • Knowledge of the overall requirements generation process, requirements documentation, and requirements feasibility and reliability.
  • Business domain knowledge, ability to work with business on prioritization, ranking requirements, and traceability of requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Well-developed Business Analysis skills used to solve problems and propose enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Able to work in a team environment with experience working on high-impact cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with teams in multiple countries.
  • Exposure to US and CANADA localizations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
