As an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with expertise in Workforce Management - Oracle Time and Labour (OTL), you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module, providing guidance and best practices to project teams and clients.
- Design end-to-end solutions for time and labour management within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Oracle Time and Labour (OTL), to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and system limitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing issues related to Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and other HCM modules as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional development.

Requirements

- 10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect, with a strong emphasis on Workforce Management specifically with the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module, in a project-centric organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Absence Management, preferably specifically in Time and Labour OTL.
- Direct experience configuring and customising Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Required: Oracle certifications in Oracle HCM
- Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
