Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement SAP BW data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BI/BW and experience with DB Connect, Flat File, and interface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for extraction, reporting, enhancements, and conversion.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and support members in different areas of BW.
  • Provide technical solutions to fulfill business requests using SAP's BW.
  • Design, develop, configure, migrate, test, and implement SAP BW 7.x data warehousing solutions.
  • Build data flows including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Aggregates, Datastore Objects (DSO), MultiProviders, InfoSets, Transformations, DTPs, and DataSources.
Requirements
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP BI/BW.
  • At least three full life cycle SAP BW implementation and at least 2 with BI 7.x.
  • Well-versed in DB Connect, Flat File, and interface.
  • Good experience in resolving data load issues.
  • SAP BW data modeling, design, and development.
  • Experience with BW administrator Workbench; BW Info Objects, ODS, Info Cubes, Info Packages, Info Sources, Design complex custom BW solutions translating complex requirements into an optimal BW design.
  • Deep and broad exposure and understanding of SAP Business Warehouse concepts.
Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Understands business processes for focus area or module.
