About this Role:

SAP Make Functional Analyst is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation. The role requires expertise in SAP best practices, system optimizations, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience as an SAP Make Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Experience with SAP upgrade and S/4HANA implementation, manufacturing execution in SAP ME and MII, and global rollouts is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include configuring, customizing, and maintaining SAP Make modules, designing integration with other modules, providing expertise in SAP best practices, leading end-to-end implementation projects, and troubleshooting complex issues.

This role also involves staying updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, is also required.
