Job Title: Pharmacometric Modeller

This role requires a skilled Pharmacometric Modeller to contribute to the development and optimization of drug candidates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) modelling, first-in-human dose predictions, and non-linear mixed effects modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply pharmacometric models to inform clinical trial designs and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize dosing regimens and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of pharmacometric analyses and reports.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies and prepare submission documents related to pharmacometric analyses.

Requirements:

  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology) or M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry) degree with 5-8 years of experience or Ph.D. with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Proficient in software tools like PBPK models, Phoenix, R, PoPK, QSP modelling, or similar platforms.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
