Director of Marketing Role

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our global marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and expand our presence in the travel marketplace.

  • Global Marketing Strategy:
    - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple travel products.
    - Establish a strong brand identity through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Product Line Management:
    - Design and implement tailored positioning and promotional strategies for each product line, including flights, hotels, visas, packages, and more.
    - Create cross-sell and upsell opportunities for bundled offerings like flight + hotel and transport add-ons.
  • Digital Marketing Excellence:
    - Own and optimize Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, and affiliate campaigns for global reach and maximum ROI.
    - Drive SEO/SEM, app marketing, CRM, and automation strategies to boost conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Brand Building & Reputation:
    - Foster a world-class travel brand with high recall through PR, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling:
    - Oversee the development of engaging content, including blogs, guides, destination content, and visual storytelling.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    - Utilize analytics to inform data-driven marketing decisions and stay up-to-date on evolving travel trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
