The incumbent should have exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across various industries. They should be experienced in communicating with senior people and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, and handling the joining process.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Assessing training needs and providing coaching to employees.
  • Cultivating a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Supporting business needs through human capital development.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Conducting candidate assessments, screenings, and profiling for respective roles.
