Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of End-to-End Training and Engagement Strategy for Vendors and Supervisors Across Categories.
  • Management of Training Centres, Trainers, and Curriculum Delivery Ensuring Standardization Across Geographies.
  • Conduct Periodic Audits, Refreshers, and Feedback Sessions to Bridge Gaps in Vendor Performance.
  • Collaboration with Operations and Vendor Management Teams to Align Training with Business Goals and Customer Experience.
  • Measurement of Outcomes such as Vendor Certification, NPS Improvement, Service Quality Scores, and Partner Retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design & Deliver Training Programs – Ability to Develop and Execute Impactful Training Initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets and Ability to Build Analyses with Limited Support.
  • Team Leadership – Strong People Management and Collaboration Skills.
  • Process Building – Capability to Design, Implement, and Scale Processes from Scratch.
  • Operational Excellence – Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment with Minimal Guidance.
