Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales outreach program, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Develop and execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects
  • Identify and qualify leads for our services
  • Ensure CRM accuracy by updating lead information in real-time
  • Pass warm leads to the Sales team for follow-up and closure
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for better results

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working during US time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and persistence
  • Driven by performance and eager to learn
