About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and updating our lab facilities across various sites.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that test solutions and equipment are up-to-date with calibration and certification requirements. This involves working closely with teams across different departments to update and review electrical and mechanical needs for test setups as per product specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laboratory Instrumentation and Tools: Knowledge of lab instruments and tools like DMM, Analyzers.
  • Cable Harness Fabrication: Strong experience with cable harness fabrication (crimping & Soldering) as per standards.
  • Power Supply Systems: Detailed knowledge of power types used across labs (AC & DC).
  • Lab Layout Planning: Plan lab layout for test benches and optimize lab space.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Integration: Plan electrical and mechanical requirement of labs across HTS site and support deployment of test benches.
  • Cable Fab and Soldering: Cable fab, soldering, lab equipment handling, ESD in lab, and IPC-A-610 certification.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Connect with users and collaborate with product teams to understand test solution needs.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 4+ years of industry experience in lab management with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Degree Requirement: Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Team Collaboration: Hands-on experience dealing with teams for lab upgrade and maintenance coordination.
  • Cable Harness Knowledge: Knowledge of cable harness and connectors (DSUB, Circular).
  • Lab Equipment Functions: Lab equipment functions and input requirements understanding.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Go-getter attitude and ability to navigate complex scenarios.
  • Power Supply Understanding: AC and DC power supply systems understanding.
