  • 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing highly desired.
  • Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization methodologies preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience in machinery manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related industries (aluminum, steel, equipment, etc.). History of long-term employment and professional advancement in previous roles. Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams in a factory environment.
