Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology Operations to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, as well as providing strategic guidance on IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience managing large-scale projects and teams. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure
  • Provide strategic guidance on IT initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, supervision, and development
  • Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 12-15 years of experience in IT leadership, with a focus on enterprise operations
  • Strong background in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
