The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering, with expertise in wiring harness design and CAD tools. Proven experience in electric vehicle or automotive design is essential, along with a deep understanding of industry standards for electrical design.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the wiring harness design process. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are crucial in this role, as well as a passion for sustainable mobility and electric vehicle technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and development of wiring harnesses for 2W electric vehicles, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration with vehicle architecture teams to integrate wiring harnesses into the overall EV design.
  • Creation and management of detailed wiring harness specifications, electrical diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.
  • Prototyping, validation, and testing of wiring harnesses in prototype vehicles, ensuring electrical systems are tested for functionality, reliability, and safety under various operating conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in wiring harness design, with at least 4 years working in electric vehicle or automotive design.
