Job Summary:


As a Sales Analyst at NAV, you'll be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and improve sales performance. Your strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of sales processes and metrics will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales information.

Reporting:


• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for sales teams, management, and other stakeholders.

• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable format.

• Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and forecasts.

Market and Competitor Analysis:


• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Provide insights on market conditions and potential impacts on sales strategies.

Sales Strategy Support:


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

• Assist in setting sales targets and evaluating the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions.

Forecasting and Planning:


• Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Analyze historical sales data to support accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning.

Process Improvement:


• Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement best practices for data management and reporting.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales analyst role or a similar analytical position.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals.
