Sales Growth Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales funnel, generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
The Role
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Software/SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of outbound sales, lead generation, and B2B sales.
- Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
