Job Title: SAP MDG Professional

Location: Udaipur, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Governance professional to provide functional and technical support for the implementation and maintenance of master data objects in SAP MDG.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the planning and execution of activities related to the implementation of the SAP-MDG solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current information management architecture (AS IS) and future model profiling (TO BE).
  • Implement SAP MDG by managing design and implementation phases (technical and functional).
  • Develop and execute master data configurations for main catalogs governed by MDG: clients – vendors (BP figure), products, materials, and finances, including data harmonization that involves de-duplication and massive changes.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure seamless integration with the technological environment and replication of data in different instances-related modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
  • Provide regular progress updates and work plans.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience in MDG implementation projects: initial, roll out, and upgrades.
  • Proven expertise in SAP technologies related to MDG.
  • Strong ABAP coding skills and understanding of the SAP MDG technical framework: BADI, BAPI / RFC / FM, workflows, BRF +, business services, IDOC, Floorplan Manager, WebDynPro, Fiori, and API of MDG.
  • Experience in conducting SAP MDG implementations, technical and functional phases.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP data dictionary tables, views, relationships, and correspondence of data architecture for ECC and S4HANA for various SAP master and transactional data entities, including central master data objects such as customers, vendors, materials, and finance-specific data.
