Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, including processing and reconciling financial transactions, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile PC, supplier bills, and other TDS-related bills
  • Prepare monthly statements of TDS and perform reconciliation
  • Generate PC/labour liability statements and submit them to the finance head for approval
  • Produce supplier liability statements within specified deadlines
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets registers and update details on a monthly basis
  • Prepare statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI, etc.) and ensure timely remittances
  • Evaluate GST compliances and reconcile GSTR 2B, 3B, and GSTR 1
  • Ensure implementation of budgets and report variances to management
  • Prepare monthly profitability statements, cash flow statements, and other cost control reports
  • Monitor and prepare bank guarantees, letters of credit, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks
  • Requires working experience in SAP environment
