Job Overview

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Conduct thorough research to identify trends that impact employee satisfaction and implement strategies to boost engagement and reduce turnover rates.
  • Risk Management: Maintain in-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations to minimize risks associated with employee management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with management to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Culture Development: Establish and enforce company values, ethics, and standards.
  • Onboarding and Compliance: Welcome new employees and manage the onboarding process, including immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
  • Ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
