BIM Modeler & Automation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler & Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing computational design workflows to enhance and streamline BIM processes.

You will extract, process, and visualize BIM data to support informed decision-making. Develop interoperability workflows between platforms such as Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, and Power BI to ensure seamless data exchange.

Automate BIM modeling tasks and optimize workflows for improved efficiency. Ensure QA/QC of BIM models, resolving coordination and clash detection issues. Implement and maintain custom scripts and tools to streamline design and documentation processes.

Collaborate with Engineering and BIM teams in the development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ensure compliance with BIM guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations for project execution.

Oversee the adoption of best practices for BIM and computational design tools. Develop BIM Design Models and Documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamo and Grasshopper, with a proven track record in project implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Grasshopper, Dynamo, C#, and Python for BIM automation.
  • Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification (preferred).
