Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Accountant to assume responsibility for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform/review daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounting functions as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to accomplish various daily/monthly/quarterly tasks.
  • Owning timely and accurate resolution of cash discrepancies.
  • Monitor status of aged and significantly sized discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Serving as primary reviewer and quality assurance for deliverables produced by your team.
  • Calculation, booking and review of deal-specific fees such as management and incentive/carry etc., as assigned.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and process efficiency (15%): Delivering all objectives as per defined timelines and expected quality for clients.
  • Maintaining client awareness about expected delays and corresponding action plans on a timely basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of various applications utilized to complete tasks.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of problems and escalating to manager as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of financial accounting tasks, including daily, monthly, quarterly and annual functions. They will also be responsible for collaborating with different teams and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of cash discrepancies.
