Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our corporate application lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent vendor and budget management abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and supporting integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
  • Ensure platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury operate at peak performance and are highly available.
  • Support integration of various types of applications, including Cloud Native ones.
  • Evaluate and develop new applications to enhance our business capabilities.
Regulatory Support
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Manage data protection and regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
Project Management
  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects to meet business objectives.
Incident Management
  • Lead the resolution of application-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Follow established ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
Vendor Management
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to optimize value.
  • Monitor and optimize application budgets and licensing costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to drive success.
Documentation
  • Maintain accurate application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates on application health, risks, and roadmap to stakeholders.
