Seeking a seasoned program and project management expert to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful IT project delivery.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders through collaborative discussions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using industry-standard tools.
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for efficient execution and effective risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting tools.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
