Portfolio Management Expert

The position requires an experienced Portfolio Management Professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and operationalization of an Enterprise Project Performance platform.

This professional will be responsible for configuring portfolios, projects, contracts modules, designing cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budget forecasting workflows change controls, and governance templates. They will also establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs, and orchestrate integrations between the platform and ERP systems to enable single source reporting.

Key responsibilities include building portfolio and project dashboards, KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging reports align to reporting cadences, translating governance into processes gates approvals auditability author SOPs Runbooks and conducting user training, and engaging program leads finance controllers PMs and data teams managing change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables.

  • 6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls, 3 years hands-on configuration and admin
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge monthly close processes
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to mappings
  • Reporting skills native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution
  • Solid SQL data modelling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of Portfolio Management principles, as well as technical expertise in platform configuration and administration.
