Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team and drive digital delivery on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BIM management, excellent technical expertise, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Management: Oversee the implementation of BIM workflows, protocols, and standards across the project team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Client Requirements Analysis: Analyze client requirements and develop tailored BIM Execution Plans to meet their needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide primary technical support for BIM-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with BIM Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Navisworks Tools: Utilize Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation.
  • Mentoring and Compliance: Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows and monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience with Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
