As a highly skilled technical leader, you will drive the delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications. Your strong technical leadership skills, project governance expertise, and stakeholder management abilities will ensure seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams, you will drive technical excellence, Agile delivery practices, and cloud adoption strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple project deliveries to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Providing technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Defining and managing delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guiding development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure services, and Identity management.
  • Ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Collaborating with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Managing Agile/Scrum ceremonies and driving a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitoring delivery KPIs, tracking risks/issues, and providing executive-level reporting.
  • Managing vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
  • Mentoring technical leads and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a strong plus.
