Key Role Summary

This is a high-profile role that focuses on the design and development of advanced statistical analysis plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, programming, and clinical research.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing complex statistical models and algorithms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop statistical analysis plans
  • Maintaining awareness of industry standards and best practices
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members
  • Participating in business development initiatives
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of financial reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years direct SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical development or CRO environment
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and conduct and analysis of clinical trials
  • Knowledge of relevant industry data standards (e.g., CDISC SDTM, ADaM)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
