Job Summary

Senior Test Automation Engineer III will lead test automation initiatives in data-centric environments, ensuring technical excellence and knowledge sharing. This role involves designing and implementing test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to validate data pipelines at the syntactic layer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless validation of data pipelines.
  • Develop expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation) for efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Mentor and manage QA engineers to foster a collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Requested Data Ops/Testing with strong team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for writing validation scripts and automation logic.
  • Solid understanding of GraphQL APIs, including schema validation and query/mutation testing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest for efficient testing.
  • Experience working with agile Testing methodologies such as Scaled Agile for faster project execution.
