Chief Data Strategist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst & MIS. This is a full-time on-site role that involves compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistics and data modeling, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for conveying complex findings to management, informing program strategies, and driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience with data analysis software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
