Product Lead Position

This is a leadership role within the Debit Cards products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective product strategy, customer-centric value propositions, and seamless onboarding experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across various product suites.
  • Create compelling customer value propositions and oversee the development of user-friendly onboarding processes.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted campaigns to drive growth.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with merchants, card networks, and fintechs to expand offerings on the Debit card product suite.
Requirements:
  • At least 7-15 years of experience in managing cards products, preferably with a leading financial institution or consumer bank.
  • A thorough understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines governing the industry.
  • Experience in payments or product management roles within the banking or fintech sector.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating long-term business needs and vision.

A keen analytical mind, ability to derive insights from data, and make informed product decisions is crucial for success in this role.
