Job Title: Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis

About the Role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Manager to lead financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading annual budgeting processes, collaborating with business units to understand financial drivers, analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and have 6-8 years of relevant FP&A experience. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for effective interaction with senior stakeholders. The ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen is also vital.
