Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive site ManEx master plan for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level development and implementation.
  • Set objectives, priorities, and lead change management processes for the department as part of the site leadership team.
  • Maintain supply chain alignment by coordinating departments to work together in ManEx deployment.
  • Lead departments in implementing MMS practices to meet their plans.
  • Coach managers to develop teams to produce performance results through ManEx practices.
Purpose and Alignment
  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team capabilities.
  • Implement effective training and development programs by aligning site/line management.
  • Coordinate ManEx TOT and evaluation programs to ensure consistency and alignment with capability program.
Improvement Initiatives
  • Provide expert loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve flexibility.
  • Engage in daily review meetings to provide analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct practice maturity assessments and implement a practice maturity improvement strategy.
Team Engagement and Communications
  • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum of the ManEx journey.
  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in deploying ManEx through regular meetings and communication of activities.
  • Define the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead deployment.
