Job Title: Placement Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Placement Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school.

The successful candidate will have expertise in finance, business analytics or data science. This role is responsible for managing corporate partnerships for student placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new corporate partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in finance, business analytics, or data science.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
