Job Title: Global Leader

As a strategic business leader, you will oversee the overall service delivery management for all financial and accounting service lines. This role is responsible for managing large-scale, multi-regional service delivery teams and ensuring that agreed-upon service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management: Ensure service levels are met by managing internal and external stakeholders, establishing a strong governance model, and providing guidance to meet expectations.
  • Leading the Steering Committee: Provide updates to relevant stakeholders on changes and ensure client satisfaction through successful audits and engagement initiatives.
  • Contract Management: Lead contract renewal discussions, finalize billing, review addition of scope, and ensure governance over productivity delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to drive transformation, resource learning, and audit compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry, with senior global operations experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale service delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in overall F&A across RTR, PTP, OTC domains.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
